Oppo A57 with 32GB ROM, 4G LTE support to launch on February 3

first_imgChinese smartphone maker Oppo on Friday announced that its lower mid-range A57 smartphone is coming to India on February 3. The company first launched the smartphone in China in November at a price of 1599 Yuan, which is approximately Rs 16,000. The A57 is a selfie-focussed smartphone and will come in Gold and Rose Gold colour variants. The smartphone is powered by a 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor with Adreno 505 GPU. It is backed with 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage, which is further expandable up to 128GB via a microSD card.The A57 sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, PDAF and LED flash. The Oppo A57 is backed by a 2,900mAh battery and runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based ColorOS 3.0. There is no word on its India pricing yet. Oppo’s last phone launched in India was F1S. Just like the latest Oppo phones, F1S is also a camera-focussed smartphone with 13-megapixel rear shooter and 16-megapixel camera selfie-shooter. The smartphone was launched in August 2016. In November, Oppo updated  its F1S smartphone with more RAM and internal storage. Priced at 18,990, the phone now comes with 64GB internal storage which the company says will allow users to store 10,000 more selfies than in the older version of Oppo F1S.
